Scarlett Spears, LPN
Generations Program Director
Scarlett Spears joins our team at The Capstone at Station Camp with a love and passion in caring for seniors, as well as more than four years’ experience in memory care. This quality came naturally to her at a young age while caring for her grandparents. Scarlett realized helping them with small tasks was monumental to them. Sadly, when she was 10 years old, Scarlett’s grandparents passed. The desire to help seniors held a special place in her heart and has continued to grow.
Scarlett’s oldest sister, “one of the best nurses she knows,” inspired her to become a nurse. With all the support from her family and friends, Scarlett graduated from licensed practical nurse (LPN) school in 2016. She is a huge advocate for our residents and their families, as well as our team.
Vibrant Life® Director
Leah Allsup, our Vibrant Life® director, brings with her experience working as an assistant activity director at another senior living community. She graduated from the University of Tennessee–Knoxville in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in recreational therapy. She is excited to find her home as the Vibrant Life® director at The Capstone at Station Camp.
Leah enjoys staying active by going to the gym and taking long walks with her husband and their miniature dachshund, Charlie. She also enjoys mountain skiing and spending time on the lake with her friends and family in the summer. Leah has lived in the Nashville area for over 25 years and is always looking for new adventures.
