Executive Director

Will Hendricks is an experienced health care professional from middle Tennessee. He graduated from Austin Peay State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and later pursued an MBA with a health care specialization. With 15 years of experience in health care, including five years in senior living, Will has gained a deep understanding of providing exceptional health care services in residents’ homes. He takes pride in making a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families. 

As a father, Will cherishes his two daughters, Charlotte and Fiona, who have grown up in senior living buildings and developed empathy and compassion for the elderly. His girlfriend, Faith, shares his passion for senior living, further reinforcing their commitment to this community. His two dogs, Charlie and Rosie, also spend time in senior living as therapy animals. During his leisure time, Will enjoys cooking, exploring different cultures through travel and relaxing outdoors while grilling.

Aubrey McClay joins The Capstone at Station Camp as director of Sales and Marketing. She is a Nashville native and has have lived in Sumner County since 2016. She is passionate about forming relationships with residents and their families to help them improve their quality of life.  

Aubrey is married and has two kids. In her free time, she enjoys staying active and spending time with friends and family.

Heidi Dalusong, Generations Program Director

Heidi Dalusong

Generations Program Director

Heidi Dalusong joins The Capstone at Station Camp as its Generations program director with over 33 years of experience working in memory care. Her background of caring for others first began in her North Carolina high school when she became a certified nursing assistant. Throughout her career, Heidi has held many positions, including working as an assisted living administrative assistant and as a life enrichment coordinator. She is a Best Friend master trainer and seeks to enrich the lives of memory care residents.

Heidi is married and has three wonderful sons. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, kayaking, gardening and spending time with her family.

George Klinzing, Building Services Director

George Klinzing

Building Services Director

George Klinzing, a native of Illinois, made Tennessee his home in 1995, seeking new opportunities and experiences. With a solid background spanning more than eight years in maintenance and five years in health care, George has honed his expertise in providing exceptional care to residents. His interest in connecting with residents allows him to ensure that their homes are optimized for their utmost comfort and well-being.  

During his free time, he loves spending time with his wife, Lisa, while outdoors, indulging in activities such as fishing, beach outings and exploring nature.  

Alanna Flynt, Resident Care Director

As a licensed practical nurse, Alanna Flynt brings nearly 15 years of experience and a passion for nursing to her position as Resident Care director at The Capstone at Station Camp. She takes pride in the relationships she has developed with the residents and their families. 

Alanna is married with six wonderful children and two of the sweetest dogs. She enjoys traveling to local and international beaches.
