Meet the Team
Director of Sales and Marketing
Dillan Farmer serves as the director of Sales and Marketing for The Capstone at Station Camp. Although he has worked in sales and marketing for the last 12 years, Dillan initially spent the earlier part of his career in account sales and retail management and even ran his own construction company before transitioning to health care. Dillan’s passion for senior living stems from his early involvement in skilled nursing communities as a volunteer at the age of 15.
Dillan is married and has one daughter. He loves spending quality time with his family on their farm or traveling internationally. Dillan and his wife are active in church ministry and foreign missions, spending weeks at a time in Ecuador, Kenya and Uganda. Dillan’s other passions include horses, photography and the Tennessee Volunteers.
Vibrant Life® Director
Leah Allsup, our Vibrant Life® director, brings with her experience working as an assistant activity director at another senior living community. She graduated from the University of Tennessee–Knoxville in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in recreational therapy. She completed her program with 800 hours in three different internships, where Leah decided she wanted to serve the senior community as her future career. She is excited to find her home as the Vibrant Life® director at The Capstone at Station Camp.
Leah enjoys staying active by going to the gym and taking long walks with her husband and their miniature dachshund, Charlie. She also enjoys mountain skiing and spending time on the lake with her friends and family in the summer. Leah has lived in the Nashville area for over 25 years and is always looking for new adventures.
