Nancy Halleck, CDAL
Nancy Halleck has more than 30 years of experience working with seniors, beginning her career in dining services in a skilled nursing community. Through the years, she has held many positions, including director of Activities, director of Sales and Marketing, executive director, and regional director of Operations. In December, Nancy relocated to Tennessee from California, leaving a company where she worked for more than 14 years.
Nancy has one daughter, who is a nurse who also relocated to Tennessee, and a granddaughter, who is in nursing school at Hiram University in Ohio. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys walking her dog and listening to true crime podcasts.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Steve Dycus is a longtime resident of Middle Tennessee and the Greater Nashville community. For nearly 40 years, Steve has served in upper management, communications and marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility. He has served in leadership positions in higher education, Christian publishing and Retail, large community churches, health care, and senior living.
Steve is the former director of Marketing and Public Relations at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee, and most recently served as the director of Marketing and Community Relations with Canterfield Senior Living in Brentwood, Tennessee. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University in public health administration. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Christian education administration from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Steve is married to his high school sweetheart, Cynthia Schuelke Dycus, and has two grown daughters, who are both married and raising their own young children. Steve and his wife recently built a new, larger home to accommodate his parents, who have resided with him and his wife for seven years.
Steve is passionate about serving others and assisting families with significant health care and lifestyle changes. He thoroughly enjoys travel, new discoveries, photography and spending time with family.
