Director of Sales and Marketing
Dillan Farmer serves as the director of Sales and Marketing for The Capstone at Station Camp. Although he has worked in sales and marketing for the last 12 years, Dillan initially spent the earlier part of his career in account sales and retail management and even ran his own construction company before transitioning to health care. Dillan’s passion for senior living stems from his early involvement in skilled nursing communities as a volunteer at the age of 15.
Dillan is married and has one daughter. He loves spending quality time with his family on their farm or traveling internationally. Dillan and his wife are active in church ministry and foreign missions, spending weeks at a time in Ecuador, Kenya and Uganda. Dillan’s other passions include horses, photography and the Tennessee Volunteers.
